Event Details
Article 1: FFC and UCI REGULATIONS
The event is held under the FFC and UCI road stage race rules and regulations (only the FFC penalty scale will be applied).
This is a points-based race. Riders who were present at the Friday “Kronos” prologue are the only ones allowed to start the next day.
Article 2: PARTICIPATION
The event is open to the following categories:
• U17
• ACCESS
• OPEN 3
• OPEN 2
• Women aged 60+
• U15 girls/boys, second year
The 60+ category and U15 (second-year boys/girls) and women will race 10 km less on Saturday and Sunday.
The race is also open to cycling schools from baby-bike level up to U15 (first year).
Article 3: ALBERT ROUSSEAU MEMORIAL
The event is registered in the local calendar.
This challenge includes an individual general classification and is open to French and foreign riders from local teams and the department.

Starting point: In front of Mr. Pierrot Germain’s Snack Bar, Sandy Ground – Baie Nettlé – La Samana – U-turn at Cupecoy Roundabout (5 laps)

Quartier d’Orléans to Quartier d’Orléans: 59.84 km (4 laps)

Article 8: RACE HEADQUARTERS (PERMANENCE)
Will be open on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Sandy’s Too restaurant from 3:00 PM.
• Organizer, commissaire jury, and team directors’ meeting: 3:30 PM (1.5 hours before the first start at 5:00 PM)
• Bib numbers will be distributed during the opening ceremony at Sandy’s Too at 3:45 PM.
Article 9: TIME LIMITS
The finish time limit is 5% of the winner’s time.
Article 10: PODIUM CEREMONY
Riders must appear on the podium in race attire.
