Event Details

The Anguilla Amateur Athletic Federation (AAAF) in collaboration with the Department of Sports (DOS), the Anguilla Community Action Network (ACAN), Chronic Disease Unit (CDU) and the Optimist Club of Anguilla will be hosting the Race Against AIDS on Sat 1st December 2018, “World AIDS Day” under the theme RAISE AWARENESS, MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
The race starts at 7:00 AM at the Ruthwill Gazebo in front of NCBA and goes towards the airport round-a-bout and onwards to the following turnaround points: near Anguilla Masonry Products for 2 Km runners, in front of Tomac Plaza for the 5 Km and just past Romcan Supermarket for the 10 Km.
The categories are as follows: 2 Km under 10 years old and 50 Plus only. 5 Km under 13, Under 17, Under 20, 20 Plus or 35 Plus. 10 Km, Open. All categories are open to male and female athletes

A small registration fee will be charged. EC$5.00 for children and EC$10.00 for adults.
Registration will close on 26th November, 2018.
The Anguilla Amateur Athletic Association is encouraging all schools, sports and social clubs, members of gyms and fitness centers, hotels, businesses and other groups to register early and participate in this annual event. RAISE AWARENESS, MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
